Not 100% satisfied?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. Please e-mail customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. E-mails will be answered within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Time.
Shipping labels for returns will be paid by the customer. Elliot Lane does not provide return shipping labels. The original shipping label is non-refundable.
Issue with product?
If you believe there is an issue with the product or is damaged in any way, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery date.
Include your order #, description, and photo of the issue so we can better assist you. If it is confirmed that the product is damaged in any way, you may choose to return it for a full refund or exchange for a new product. We will only exchange with the same product. Shipping will be free.
*Do not leave any bank account or credit card information in your e-mail.
